1 can of condensed milk
1 cup (tea) of milk
1 GLASS OF COCONUT MILK (200 ml)
4 EGGS
1 SPOON of starch
1 cup (tea) of chopped walnuts
Nuts to decorate
Syrup
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1/2 cup (tea) water

Method of preparation
For the syrup, bring the sugar and water to medium heat, without moving, until it forms a golden caramel. Spread in a medium bowl with a hole in the middle and set aside. Blend condensed milk, milk, coconut milk, eggs, starch and half of the nuts in a blender for 2 MINUTES. Mix the remaining nuts with a spoon and pour into a candy bowl. Bake in a medium oven, preheated in a double boiler for 50 minutes or until firm. Remove, let cool and refrigerate for 2 HOURS. Unform, decorate with walnuts and serve.
