Ingredients

1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Baking Cocoa powder
2 teaspoons NESCAFÉ TASTER'S CHOICE 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
3 1/2 cups French bread cubes
1 can (12 fl. oz.) evaporated skim milk CARNATION Evaporated Fat Free Milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar (optional)
Low-fat frozen whipped cream, thawed
Raspberries and fresh mint

Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Cover an 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

COMBINE sugar, cocoa and coffee in a small bowl. Place the bread cubes in the baking dish. Whisk evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla extract in medium bowl until well blended; stir in sugar mixture. Place the dish inside another 13" x 9" baking dish; put water in the 13" x 9" dish until it has 1" of water.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar. Garnish each serving with whipped cream, raspberries and/or mint.
