Ingredients:
1 cup flour (previously sifted)
1 cup hot cake flour (pre-sifted)
1 Tbsp royal coffee maker
1 teaspoon baking soda brewer (previously sifted)
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup butter (melted)
1 tin of pineapple in syrup
3 Eggs
1 dash of vanilla
-1 Cup of milk

Preparation mode:

Preheat the oven to 180°.

2. In a bowl put the two types of flour together with the salt, baking soda and butter, beat everything and gradually add the eggs until the ingredients are well mixed, then add the can of pineapple without the juice, vanilla and milk.

2. It must be a homogeneous and consistent dough, now place the mixture in a baking dish and put it in the oven for approximately 45 minutes or until you put a fork in the center and it comes out completely clean, that means that the bread is ready!
