Ingredients :
1/2 cup brown sugar
Slices of pineapple in syrup (as needed)
3/4 cup maria biscuits
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick melted butter
Ceresas (as needed)
3 cream cheeses
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 juice of one lemon


Procedure:
Put the sugar in a frying pan and let it form caramel. Prepare the baking pan to be used with baking paper. Put the caramel in the mould and let it cool. Dry the pineapple slices well, place the ones that fit in the mould and place a Ceresas in the centre of each pineapple. In a processor put the biscuit, the brown sugar, the cinnamon and the butter and process well. Put this mixture of biscuits in the mould where you have the caramel and the pineapples, compact well, with your fingers or a fork. For the cheesecake mix
In the blender, place the cheeses, eggs, sugar, lemon, and cornstarch. Blend well... Place in the pan and bake for 180c for 50 minutes. Let it cool down and carefully remove the mould...
